Workflow
Can I close the page while translation is running?
Yes. Once submitted, tasks run independently in the server queue. You can close the page and reopen results from History later.
Can I submit multiple jobs?
Yes. Multiple submissions are supported. Jobs are queued in order, and each account runs one translation task at a time for stability and quality.
What if a translation fails?
Refresh and retry first. If the issue continues, submit feedback from the workspace and we will receive diagnostic context to investigate quickly.
Formats & File Handling
Which formats are supported?
DocuAlign supports xlsx, csv, json, yaml, srt, and vtt for spreadsheet, config, and subtitle workflows.
Will the original structure be preserved?
Yes. We preserve layout and structure, including spreadsheet rows/columns, JSON/YAML hierarchies, and subtitle timelines.
Will Excel images be lost after export?
No. Images are not rendered in the workspace for performance, but they are preserved in the file data and exported back to xlsx.
Billing & Retention
How is billing calculated?
Billing is based on source-text token usage, not multiplied by the number of target languages.
How long are files stored?
Source files and outputs are retained for 7 days by default, then automatically removed.
